Non-Repayable Grant
All grants are unconditional donations from Dubhe Foundation. No repayment required upon successful milestone completion.
Open Source Required
All funded projects must be released under MIT or Apache 2.0 license. Complete source code must be publicly available.
Full Milestone Completion
Projects must deliver fully functional, production-ready software. All milestones must be completed to receive the full grant.
